Adds the Combat Shotgun from Fallout 1 & 2 to New Vegas.

Here it is, the classic combat shotgun.
In game it's named "Winchester City-Killer" and you can buy it at the GunRunners about the same time the Riot Shotgun appears in the stores.
Update v2:
I've edited the mesh so that it got a flip-up sight now (don't rightly know who gave me the idea but it was a good one).
It also got new and improved textures and the new logo was made by Nolanoth (,thanks man).
It's still using Latex's pip-boy icon as a place holder but if someone wants to be a hero and make a new pip-boy icon please send me a PM.
That being said, enjoy version 2 everybody!
