Welcome to gunslinger6792’s Boxcar shelter. I created this mod originally for two reasons. First I wanted to have a boxcar style home for New Vegas. Second I saw that Garlow had created his own version of a boxcar style home. This spurred me to try making my own. Without further to do let’s get to brass tacks.
This house is a Pre-War home converted out of a train boxcar. It’s a large home but it gets the job done. So if you’re looking for a large vault home or post-apocalyptic fortress than this home isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a realistic fallout shelter/home than you’ve arrived at the right place. The home is currently located in Novac however a secondary file has been uploaded that places the home near the Followers of the Apocalypse Outpost. The home is also completely navmeshed and has room to fit a follower or two. It does require NVSE to work.
To enter the home you need to grab the key in the ammo box next to the entrance of the shelter. To the best of knowledge this mod doesn’t conflict with any major mods so you should be safe using it. As for the instillation either use the NMM or if downloading manually just place the file in your NV Data folder. That’s it nothing to complicated.

What does it have?
•A barber razor in the bathroom you can change your hairstyle there.
•A crafting oven.
•My First Infirmary for all your post battlefield surgery needs.
•My First Infirmary.
•Chemistry Set Fallout 3 version. This way you can use it more than once.
•Toolbox that works as a workbench. (It can be found on the reloading bench)
•A locking interior door. Log on to the shelter terminal and click lock door. No need to worry about hit squads or other hostiles entering you house.
•2 Beds that provide the character with the well-rested bonus.
•Water Purifier. Look for the Moonshine distillery on the kitchen counter.
•Storage throughout the home.
