Retextured NCR Patrol armour and added Khan Faction Action

I haven't made a mode in a while, sorry about that.
This texture mod is for the Khan Faction as they don't have very good armour, if this armour has a backstory, it's that some Great Khans attacked and looted some NCR Rangers, however this time they kept the armour and decorated it for themselves.
The armour can be found in the kitchen of the Longhouse in Red Rock Canyon, you may have to steal it but its easy enough to steal it without being detected.
As I mentioned before; THIS MOD REQUIRES ARCHIVE INVALIDATION OR THE TEXTURE DOESN'T WORK.
