About this mod
Modified building just outside of North Vegas Square. Completely controlled by Legion, and also doubles as a player home. Completely stocked with weapons and armor, and also includes a Unique variation of the Brush Gun that I created. Recommended for Legion, or very strong players. Hope you like the mod, because it was a lot of fun to make!

Update 1.1
Lighting was improved throughout the house so as that the player can maneuver the building at night without any necessary improvements to the menu brightness level. (Tested on minimum light levels, I can assure that this is true.)
Population of the house was also increased by 3. There are now more guards on the inside, however placing them on the outside proved hazardous to non-Legion players who would be dispatched rather easily. (Also, Caesar would know better then to stick guards on the outside when the place is supposed to be a secret.)
Bookshelf was somewhat fixed, however it works better now than it did before. (Interacting with it causes the books to fall and conform oddly on the shelf. I find it a bit annoying, but some people might like it that way so I left it.)
A lock was placed on the outside door of "Hard" difficulty. This was to ensure that very low level players (because I have personally made it to the Strip at level 1) had no access to the house without cheating. Future updates might involve a Key found at the Fort.
(The blocked off room is still in development and will be added to the mod either in the next update or the one right after that.)

This mod is a player house just outside of the Freeside and North Vegas Square area. It's located in a building that wasn't being used, so I thought why not? (I also figured it made a lot of sense for Caesar to have some sort of close proximity safe house to the Strip.)
Inside the house is a load of weapons that are in need of repairs on the tables across the house. (This was so that I wasn't supplying the player with a completely OP and unfair amount of high grade military explosives and weaponry at full condition.) There are weapons at low condition and are usable right off the bat, however will need to be fixed by the player.
With the various repairs that were implied for the player to take on, I also added a Unique weapon. I named it the Sandstorm Rifle, and it's the unique variant of the Brush Gun. (I was amazed that it didn't have a unique counterpart, being my favorite weapon.) With slightly bumped up power and lower weapon requirements, it's easier to use and can actually be fired well by lower leveled players.
The entire house is protected by the Legion and it's Mongrels. I added them so it actually felt like a safe house and not just a regular, empty building with guns. Note that this mod was made with Legion friendly/neutral characters in mind.
Being a two leveled building, it has many qualities of a pre-war shop/home with the homey feeling of a house upstairs with the military weaponry on the bottom. Included with the top floor is a custom room made for repairing items and ammo construction.

Known issues:
Bookshelf upstairs is a bit broken, however is completely avoidable if the player doesn't interact with it, or the books/items on it.
