Basicly a Re-do of one of my older mods that was good intentions executed horribly

Been Out Lately my secondary Data Hard Drive Nuked itself with an ESO Botched Install (thanks For Nothing Bethesda) so all my progress on all my mods went out with it, New Vegas Kinda Fell on back burner at that point (anyone who has had it happen can relate) i actually started focusing on other matters like my Concealed Carry and Class A "Millitary" weapon permit, As well as Upgrading My CDL from B to A. lots of IRL stuff and ALOT of Government books, classes, paperwork. 

This Mod Is a Re-make of my Real-Tech Overhaul only setup a whole lot better instead of being a Messy ESP with a million and one Masters it is a Single ESM with No masters in which you can choose optional ESP's i will put out for Compatibility and Extra Features (Modded DLC items)

Reason For Creation:
in the Original Fallout as well as Fallout 2 Energy Weapons and Power Armor were more or less hard to come by the latter being the hardest to find, but once obtained and used properly there was nothing in the wasteland that could stand up to you. The Brotherhood of Steel was The Pinnacle of Survivability and Combat Expertise. They had the Biggest Guns and the Best Armor and being Direct Descendants From The US Military they had access to the Best Pre war combat Training (save for the Enclave but we all know how their story ended). You Had to be a Complete Fool To openly Wage War on the Brotherhood as even one Power Armored Paladin is the Combat Equivalent to 10+ NCR Troopers. they were a Much Smaller Group and still Combated the Largest Nation (over twice Their size) and Beat them to a Stale mate. For Every One Paladin Brought Down NCR would loose Hundreds of troopers. But then Bethesda Happened and Power Armor was no longer Benificial enough to use, the Brotherhood had gone soft, energy weapons were Dulled Down, Super Mutants Became Stupid, and the Iconic T-51b had been replaced by Bethesda's Attempt at Power Armor (which i am not arguing with the T45-d as it looked cool as hell it just lacked the stats to be considered Power Armor) Well then they Did New Vegas and Shot my hopes back up by going back to More of what i grew up on. Now New Vegas was Great in many Aspects But Fell Shy in Many as well. Power Armor Still was not a Tank Item (though albeit much harder to Find and Get than FO3) and Energy weapons were Still Crap. So i amped them up

Now in the Newer Games Weapons in general do more damage that their previous counterparts but the stats on energy weapons stayed about the same Closing the Gap Between the Two Setups. well this mod increases Damage of all Energy Weapons by a fair deal, and Makes the Power Armor a Tank item again. it also has another purpose as well. i toyed with all the Brotherhood NPC's Stats Too making them Much Harder to Kill a single Paladin is on par or slightly more Dangerous than a Standard Adult Deathclaw. in fact it is by Far Much Easier to Take Quarry Junction than it is to Take Hidden valley. Even the Legendary Deathclaw goes down easier than a Brotherhood Hit Squad.

This Mod Is for two kinds of people, #1 those Who Love a Near impossible Challenge (combustion Playthrough) and #2 those who just like to be Statted Out and Be Tanks (energy Weapons and Power Armor). it also adds a New Trait at Charecter Creation Giving an Old Ratty Set of OutCast Armor and a Modded Unique Laser Rifle. Both Items are in Almost Broker Condition when you get them so their stats are very much degraded but if you can find the parts to repair them they grow into Tank items as well to be used Later in game. doing the Brotherhood Quests also yields a No Faction Set of Brotherhood T51b armor. for those who don't want to have the Suped up armor there will be an Optional Download for a Retextured Ulysses Duster Bearing the Brotherhood Emblem on the Back (its not Great but it is a No Power Armor alternative) The Duster Is Given by Torres for finding the missing laser Pistol.
