Adds the unique plasma pistol from Mothership Zeta

This just adds the MPLX Novasurge unique plasma pistol from FO3 Mothership Zeta to FONV. I always liked that pistol. Feels like an energy weapon with some OOMPH! This mod doesn't use any assets from the Mothership Zeta DLC. Just used the existing FONV plasma pistol to make a new pistol with the stats of the Novasurge.
It can be found next to the broken minigun in the Hidden Valley Brotherhood of Steel Bunker. If you don't want to trek down there to get it. The item code for it is XX000ADE.
It's simply a .esp file. Just drop in your /data folder, check it in your load order and you are good to go.
The only conflict I can see happening is if you are using a mod that modifies the room I put the pistol in. If that is the case. Just use the console command to add it to your character.
UPDATE!
Whoops. Forgot to add the pistol to the appropriate lists. The new version has been added to all the same lists as the Plasma Pistol. Just copy over the old .esp and all good!
