Not required, but it disables DLC popups, allowing a smoother start. Really helped me preserve my sanity while testing the mod.

Passive Startup Messages
Version 1.0
Passively displays DLC and Equipment Pack messages when starting a new game so that button clicking is not needed.
Description:
As both a modder and general troubleshooter, I often have the need to test with a freshly started game ... and am then forced to click OK buttons *way* too many times - to dismiss all of those annoying DLC messages and Equipment Pack messages - before I can actually start productive testing. All too often that happens dozens of times per day. Sometimes dozens and dozens of times per day. Which can be *extremely* ... irksome.
So ... not finding a suitable patch (one may already exist but if so it eluded discovery) I've made one myself - for myself certainly, but also for all other modders / troubleshooters / players who may find it useful. Even if no one else installs this thing, it will still have been worth my while!
Installation:
Place this patch anywhere in your load order. No conflicts expected. No hassles either.
Requirements:
This patch *requires* all DLCs and Equipment Packs; e.g. Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition. Here is the list:
Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Gun Runners' Arsenal, Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack, and Tribal Pack.
