So I wasn't satisfied with the camo options from the original Tactical Vest mod and I don't like seeing the stupid little American flag, so I added every world camo I could think of and I had to do some research and serious hunting for camo textures to make the patterns, but I'm satisfied with the outcome and I replaced the American flag with a patch of the Nevada state flag as it seemed to fit in better.

First off you'll have to download and install Krux1015's Tactical Vest mod found here:

To Install the textures, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\Textures\TacticalVest
You'll have to pick the camos you want and rename the file to match one of the existing textures. If anyone wants to tweak the original mod to include all my patterns, you're more than welcome to as replacers kinda suck I know, but my GECK skills are terrible.
