Increases reload speed and fire rate of revolvers.

You may have noticed that there are very few benefits to using revolvers over their rifle counterparts. You move slightly faster without a two-handed weapon, one-handed weapons are a little lighter and there are a few negligible perks like Run 'n Gun that only work with one-handed firearms but other than that, rifles outclass revolvers in every way.
So, I made this very simple mod that makes revolvers shoot and reload slightly faster. Other values are not changed and rifles still beat revolvers in DPS but the new DPS difference is very, very small. Now revolvers have a more notable speed advantage over rifles so they are actually worth using for effectiveness and not just for role-playing reasons.
Weapons affected:
.357 Magnum Revolver
.44 Magnum Revolver
Hunting Revolver
Hunting Revolver (GRA)
Lucky (only reload speed is increased since it has a very fast fire rate already)
Police Pistol
Ranger Sequoia
Mysterious Magnum was left untouched since it is already a very fast and effective weapon.
