This started out as mod changing the lighting template in Bucks Place, but eventually turned into a lighting overhaul of the entire New Bison Steve Mod by Mike Hancho as well as adding several other cool features.
Feel free to use my mod for anything you see fit, just give me credit for this work (as well as Mike Hancho for the New Bison Steve mod). However, do ask Sarge for permission to use his light switches, as I cannot hand that out.

Fixed a bug which kept my addons from appearing in the main hotel cell, which means that the following can be considered new features:
Added light sources to several lights which were missing them
Added fire and smoke effects to all the grills in the steak house
Fixed a container from which I hadn't removed the [S] prefix in Buck's Place
Moved the fridges behind the bar in Buck's Place out a bit to make them easier to click on
Corrected a typo from the original mod in one of the scripts (nothing you'll notice though :P)
Removed the idle marker that made it possible for NPCs (like companions told to "rest") to sleep on the part of the heart-shaped bed covered in pillows
Moved the counters in Buck's Place a tiny bit to prevent some clipping
Added light switches to the hotel private quarters
Tweaked the private quarters template to make it a bit less wine-red with the lights off
Removed more [S] prefixes from previously missed containers in the private quarters
MAJORLY rebalanced the vendor chests, hotel employees are no longer a gold mine of drug dealers with more caps than the strip turns over in a month, same goes for the gift-shop vendor, though he still has more than the waiters
Reduced the weekly income share from 100 caps per level to 95 caps per level
Renamed all the "Lincoln's Voice"s in the hotel gift shop and restaurant to "Phonograph"

Tweaked the TV light a bit to fit better when the lights are off
Removed [S] prefix from a wardrobe I had missed
Upscaled the terminal outside of Buck's Place a tiny bit
Version 0.3.1
Fixed a light which was enabled at the wrong switch flick, and added a light I missed to another switch .
Version 0.3
Got all the lightswitches @ Buck's Place to work! Had to place them all on doorframes to avoid the invisible wall layer (shoutout to Sarge for helping out), the exception being the museum one which is one the side of the snow globe stand.
Tweaked the general ambient light at Buck's place a tiny bit to make it look slightly better with all the lights turned off (it's still not completly dark, but with the way lights work in FNV you can't have it both ways with such large rooms without manually placing a lot of extra ambient lights)
Changed all the "nails" in the wall holding the guns up @ Buck's Place so they're 1: Not floating (i.e. they're now in the wall) and 2: Actually connected to the guns that are resting on them
Added and moved some clutter
Version 0.2
Tweaked a whole bunch of lights to make it look even better.
Removed the [S] prefix from containers in the hotel Private Quarters
Changed the hotel Private Quarters lighting template to make it more basement-y (:D)
Removed some Nuka Cola Quantums I'd missed in the casino
Removed the ability to repair items from the gift shop vendor
Removed a wild light in the new hotel rooms.
Removed a wild light in the restaurant.
Added a chandelier above a wild light I'd missed in the lobby.
Changed the gift shop imagespace to be in line with the rest of the hotel.
Changed the gift shop vender to have 4000 caps as opposed to 6000.
Added more smoke to the grills in the restaurant, and changed the ones already there to be going straigh up instead of at an angle (afaik there's no wind inside the hotel)
Moved the microscope in Buck's Place so it doesn't hover over the table
Added a hotplate to the lab area in Buck's Place
Moved the lighting sconces (which are turned off) in Buck's place so they all share the same elevation
Added a mesh without a glowmap for when I get the lightswitches to work
Cleaned the plugin with FNVEdit

Description: The New Bison Hotel and Casino by Mike Hancho is an awesome quest mod that lets you build and help run a casino in Primm, as well as adding an awesome new player house called Buck's Place a bit east of Westside. As cool as the mod is, however, I felt there were some things it could've done better (especially the lighting) and set out to fix that. Eventually I ended up adding much more than I originally intended and this has gone from a mere lighting overhaul to having a lot of cool extra features not included in the original mod. I've also fixed a lot of annoyances, especially involving Buck's Place.
Features:
All new lighting templates for the hotel rooms, casino, private quarters and Buck's Place. Inspired by the red hotel uniforms I wanted to have the New Bison Steve feel like a 1930s hotel, with a slight brownish-red hue giving it a bit of a regal appearance. Just like the casinos on the Strip, the New Bison Steve now has its own style.
A bunch of small edits to items in Buck's Place, making it look more lived in and less, well, straight (as in everything being either parallel or perpendicular). I've also changed the books in the bookcase to no longer be named <missing name> (or something similar). If you have anything stored in the little safe on the desk, remove it before installing this mod. I had to delete the safe and add a new one as the old one had been added as a temporary reference (and therefore won't move if you've put things in it).
A working crafting oven in the bar in Buck's Place. Now you can fill all your crafting needs.
Anna no longer eats the foodstuffs used as decorations in Buck's Place, instead she's been given new packages for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at specific times.
Anna no longer looks like she cuts her own hair while using a muddled pool as a mirror.
All the rooms in Buck's Place now have working ILO light switches (as of 0.3).
Added lights to all the bathrooms in the New Bison Steve hotel rooms. They are no longer illuminated by strange black magic.
Cluttered up several areas in the hotel and casino.
Removed the abundance of Nuka Cola Quantoms. They're supposed to be super rare, and are now treated as such by the mod. Since Buck or whoever he won the house from, was a collector, there's a single bottle in his place.
Moved the blinking lights in the hotel rooms so they actually come from the vending machines and not from half a room away.
Ojo Bueno Nuka Cola Machine by Tapioks. Buck's Place adds the only pristine Nuka Cola machine in the Mojave Wasteland, so why not use the best looking texture around to make it look even better. (fun fact, the reason I started overhauling Buck's Place was due to the fact that it added a pristine vending machine and I had this mod).
NMC's Texture Pack for New Vegas by NMC. Overall awesome looking textures that comes in several performance versions. The way I filled in the workbenches (to make it look as if they were deeper) looks better with his textures than with vanilla.
Old World ENB by Frantar. Great performance friendly ENB that works as well outside as inside, was the ENB I used when taking the screenshots.
Installation: Drop the .esp file in your data folder or install with your favorite mod manager. Make sure to sort it after the original mod as well as ILO.
Author's Note: If you have any suggestions for things you'd like to see added to the mod, feel free to share them.
