Stashes the items added in the Courier's Stash DLC in containers throughout the Wasteland

I always thought that it was weird that the player can start off with a bunch of useful gear after being buried alive so I took each "pack" and scattered them across the wasteland in locations I deemed fitting. Each pack is in a unique container with a note that somewhat explains why the items are located there.
LOCATIONS:
Classic Pack - 188 Trading Post (In a Crate on the back of the Gun Runner's truck)
Tribal Pack - Cottonwood Cove (In a Hollowed-Out Rock next to some benches by the tents)
Mercenary Pack - Jacobstown (In a Footlocker hiden behind some rocks near the town entrance)
Caravan Pack - Mojave Outpost (In a Duffle Bag near the Brahmin Pen)
