Ever annoyed how you can't wear glasses or masks with the Legion Centurion Helmet? Now you can!

Exactly what it says on the tin. You can wear shit on your face while you wear the Centurion Helmet. It never made sense to me that you can't, considering it's an open-faced helmet.
I could have fucked this up completely but it seems fine from my use. If there's a bug, tell me. It shouldn't do anything that could break something, I just turned off a flag in the GECK.
