Adds a makeshift rick sanchez portal gun and blaster, you can travel up to 21 locations with the portal gun and travel to a custom destination using ricks teleporter ball. the blaster does 120 damage and can disintegrate enemies with critcal hits on death, it uses concentrated ion charge as ammo but regenerates. also adds broken leg serum, broken arm serum, and broken torso serum, rick hairstyle pipboy icons.

Bugs: sometimes the teleport script will glitch and firing the portal gun wont do anything, to fix this bug exit and restart fallout nv.

my current nifskope version is bugged when i try to add havok physics to objects, so the weapons will float when dropped and cant be picked up again.

if you fire ricks portal gun ball while the ball is in your inventory the game will crash to desktop.
