Stat changes and reasoning:
Damage: Damage has been buffed from 30 to 40, to make it out perform the regular .44 magnum revolver by 4 points of damage. This already makes it a very good weapon because it's pretty powerful and uses cheap ammo.
Crit Damage: Crit damage has been buffed from 30 to 45. Obviously the weapon's name suggests that critical hits is this weapon's main niche, so I made it's crit damage higher than it's regular damage (on most weapons the crit damage is equal to the base damage)
Crit Chance: Crit chance multiplier has been raised from 2.5 to 3.75. This is again due to the weapon's name suggesting it;s supposed to heavily rely on critical hits, so if you have a decent luck stat you should be landing critical shots pretty often.
Skill Requirement: Skill requirement was raised from 0 to 60. Considering that this is supposed to be a viable weapon for late game, I felt like it's requirements should be a bit more tasking.
Strength Requirement: Strength requirement has been raised from 3 to 4. Considering that this is supposed to be a viable weapon for late game, I felt like it's requirements should be a bit more tasking, not that it really matters because it's unlikely that you'll build a character with less than 4 strength.
Cap Value: Cap value has been increased from 1500 to 2750. Considering how fucking amazing this weapon looks, and that I just felt like making it more valuable because why not, it should cost more. Who in their right minds would sell this work of art anyway?
Important Note:
This mod doesn't change the look of the revolver. The revolver you see in the thumbnail is how the revolver looks with the combination of the Weapon Mods Expanded mod and the Weapon Retexture Project mod, which I highly suggest you use, because there is literally no reason not to use them.
