About this mod

A new red sledgehammer that can banish most targets to Oblivion! You can access their loot from a container!

Permissions and credits
So I use Increased Wasteland Spawns along with DFB Random Encounters and they can often lead to too many actors in map, if on higher settings, especially with my personal plugin for DFB that changes half of the spawns to feral ghouls. You often end up with a map much more populated than you wanted, and targeting every extra actor with disable and markfordelete even with a bat command got too boring for me. So I decided to make a little more interesting way of cleansing your map.

Say hello to the Ban Hammer! It can banish most targets into Oblivion! And the wooden part is colored red because, everything must be in red!

Things to note:
1) The weapon's effect runs a, Kill player (means it counts as your kill. You gain the experience and your kill count will increase) ,disable ,markfordelete on the target. That PERMANENTLY removes an actor from the game, and they CANNOT be recovered. Their reference is simply purged. DO NOT use this on any actor that you want to bring back later, and if you use it on a quest NPC, if the quest doesn't fail immediately, it will most likely be broken. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! There are a few NPCs invulnerable to this; on my testings, most NCR Rangers/Ranger Vets who are stationed in ranger stations or Camp Golf, Majority of NCR personel and Engineers at Hoover Dam, Large portions of NPCs at Fortification Hill, including the Slaves and the Legion children were immune to the markfordelete command. I did not however test every location, but for example no one in Hidden Valley was immune.
Actor who are immune are likely the ones who have an enable parent, using the hammer or otherwise targeting them with markfordelete causes them to freeze, physically not exist, and completely respawn right after you go through a loading screen. That's just how the game works.

2) The effect also removes all of the target's inventory into the container from which you obtain the Hammer. You can take anything you want, and if you just want to purge the items you don't need anymore, there is a "Purge Items" labeled switch right next to the container which deletes all of the container's current items. Purged items cannot be restored.
3) I "Banned" large amounts of NCR and Legion NPCs, and while the nearby characters do start attacking, I somehow did not gain any infamy whatsoever. Don't count on that though. As it is a melee weapon, you can use it to sneak kill targets and avoid hostility.

Where to find the container:
In Goodsprings, inside Doc Mitchell's toilet- Nah I'm joking. Its a burial mound (No need for a shovel) in the middle of the radioactive barrels, at The Devil's Throat, East of Bittersprings. The Hammer is inside, but is broken and must be repaired. Needless to say purging the mound before taking the Hammer makes it unobtainable.

HAVE FUN BANNING EVERYONE!
