Removed needless record edits. Slightly adjusted hair color.
This is a simple mod which makes the Vera Keyes model used to create Dead Money's holograms a playable character preset. Hair color was adjusted to match in-game appearance, as it's pure white by default. Omitted Vera's wig, as there are other mods which do the same thing (e.g. Retextured playable and repairable starlet wig).
The new preset will be listed as #11 for the Caucasian race.
Although this mod should be pretty straightforward, it's my first time using the G.E.C.K. Please let me know if it deletes your save/eats your homework/spills your milk!
