Changes the UI to display Switch controller inputs.
To get the most out of the Switch controller, I recommend opening New Vegas through Steam and enabling the Nintendo Button Layout.
Then in game swap the X and Y buttons in Action Mapping.
And as a bonus, I also took the liberty of changing the color of the mouse cursor, just so it doesn't conflict with anyone's color mods.
