While playing TTW, I disliked how I had to go all the way to the Mojave Wasteland to get the Pip-Boy 2000 Mk VI, so I made this mod.
This mod requires Tale of Two Wastelands (obviously) as well as the non-replacer version of the Pip-Boy 2000 Mk VI. It should be compatible with any mesh edits (I.E. the model without static).
The Mojave Wasteland Pip-Boy is still found in its original location, in the trunk of a car at "Wrecked Highwayman" just south of Novac.
The Capital Wasteland Pip-Boy is found at the Robco Facility, in "Offices & Cafeteria", down the hall to the right when you first enter, sitting on a table in the cubicle in the furthest corner of the room down that hall. If this written description is confusing, take a look at the screenshots.
I've accounted for the two locations in a script, so picking up one Pip-Boy will make the other one disappear so you can't find two (which would probably cause some issues). If you pick up the one in the Mojave Wasteland, you will no longer find the other one in the Capital Wasteland, and if you pick up the one in the Capital Wasteland, you will no longer find the one in the Mojave Wasteland. Both references are then disabled and deleted, as not to contribute to any save bloating.
