Adds short quest where you fight fedora wearing "Assassins". Quest starts in a dumpster behind Novac's Motel. They respawn every day for a few days and teleport behind you, nothing personal, after you defeat them after those few days the next part of the quest will start. The Assassins are fairly numerous, fairly quick, and can be quite annoying. Not recommended if you are low level.
