During a time of fame and fortune many came to the Nevada Desert in search of glory and joy. Many left empty handed yet a few from time to time would strike it big. These would prove to be enough to keep the dream alive, and the money flowing.
Casinos streamlined most everything, and pre determined paths that consumers may take. This gave casinos the edge over the public and allowed them to put specific items in front of you at just the right times.
Slot machines were one of the things casinos streamlined as they could easily be swapped and dialed in just right. Having all the machines look and feel the same may have taken some of the uniqueness to each individual machine, but gave people the sense that any machine could be their jackpot.
The old machines were sold off to various places. Amusement parks, hotels, and even private individuals. Some Casinos even leased out their old slots. Eventually most places replaced their old slots with newer streamlined ones until only a few remained in the area. These older custom machines eventually grew in value. Many of these now valued machines were sold for big bucks leaving their owners pockets full and even fewer in the Vegas area.
After the chaos of nuclear war, life slowly regained some normal aspects. Vegas and its casinos flourished one again. Life returned, as did an economy. The old individually themed slot machines had all but been forgotten about.
That is until now....
Ladies and gentle men I can tell you the story of casinos having all sorts of different games is true. The same, but not the same. Imagine your setting down playing a cowboy themed slot machine and the person next to you is playing a mermaid slot or even a donkey slot. Oh it must have been something else.
Not everyone may believe me but I swear it is true. I have seen and played one. I can say it really is something else.
One thing for sure the machine I played had a much greater payout than some of the other ones I've played. I feel Lucky!
Very lucky indeed. I'm not sure if I should share my find with anyone or just keep it to my self. I think I'll leave it to luck.
Anyone who can figure out where to look should be looking for an empty out room with a boarded up door.
Can you figure out where? I've given you all the clues right here.
