This is simply a pre-configured FalloutCustom.ini file with the performance tweaks recommended by GamerPoets and Tale of Two Wastelands.
There is also a download for the ini file to enable NVSE's memory patch.
Note to Tale of Two Wasteland users: TTW generates these files itself so you won't need to download these if you use TTW 3.2 or higher.
Requirements: These files need NVSE and JIP LN NVSE to be loaded.
Installation: Install both files manually. Do NOT use a mod manager.
Place the FalloutCustom.ini file in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV and JIP LN NVSE will load it.
Also be sure to set iNumHWThreads to number of threads your CPU has. It is set to 2 by default in this file.
Place NVSE_Config.ini the NVSE folder. NOT the plugins folder. No other steps are required.
