7/8/2023 Update: I have now provided voices for the characters in this mod (credit to ElevenLabs). I've also made a few minor tweaks to dialogue trees, but nothing major.
I thought that the Powder Gangers were little more than tutorial bad guys, so I've added two new quests to add more content to them. This should make NCRCF more interesting to visit and provide more early game content.
Both of the quests are given by a new NPC in Cell Block B. There are multiple ways to solve each of them, but they can only be completed in favor of the Powder Gangers.
Here are the quest locations if you need help:

1. The doctor can be found between Jean Sky Diving and Goodsprings Source, behind a billboard. He's generally very close to Barton Thorn, and I've also added a small camp to mark his location. 2. The caravaneer is found at Mojave Outpost on the northeastern edge of the camp, wearing leather armor. 3. To complete the quest there are two general options: first you can bribe/persuade the caravaneer to give up his weapon shipment and return it to the prison. Second, you can clear the ants for Ranger Jackson and then tell the caravaneer he is free to leave. Then go back to the gangers down the road and tell them the caravan will be heading out shortly. This will cause the caravan to spawn in and head down the road.
