In Tale of Two Wastelands 3.0 onward, the Scoped .44 and Silenced 10mm are not replaced with their moddable NV counterparts. TTW lead dev said it was for balance, but the differences are indiscernible without directly comparing them. This irked me enough to make my first mod with the help of DarianStephens, he essentially walked me through how to do it, teaching me how to do things. This would not exist if it were not for his assistance. Thank you to the TTW team for the excellent mod as well.
To install, do what you normally do with an .esp (NMM, MO2, Vortex, FOMM, manual install, fax).
To uninstall (not that you'd want to), do that but in reverse.
