Description:
Katie is a kind-hearted, while slightly bonkers, redhead lady dying of boredom at the Goodspirngs General Store. Originally she's from Boston (where she's known as the General of the Minutemen), but she loves to spend winter months in the south-west. And since beating Chet at all kinds of card games lost its appeal days ago, Katie would gladly accompany you on some swashbuckling adventure. Armed with the trail carbine, armored with the unique vault suit (that she'll share with you if asked nicely), and possessing courage that borders stupidity, Katie is no slouch in combat and will prove herself useful if the situation gets hairy.
Preset:
This mod comes in two flavors: companion & preset, and preset only. In both cases the preset is 100% standalone and doesn't replace any of the vanilla ones. You will find it in the caucasian female section. The preset is made using only vanilla assets, so it doesn't require any other mods to work properly. However, the end result may vary, depending on what textures you are using. Also, in the optional files there is a replacer version of the preset (replaces vanilla female caucasian01) just in case. Please note, that all 3 files are standalone, and they do not replace each other.
Known issues:
There are several known issues reported by testers. 1) Companion lacks some makeup elements, while the preset works as intended. 2) The preset does not appear in the character creator. 3) Some of the items do not show up in Katie's inventory. I've quadruple-checked everything - so far it seems these are user end issues, and I unfortunately can't prevent them from happening. Sorry folks.

Note: female version of Katie's vault suit uses Type3 based ankles, so ideally you need ANY Type3 compatible textures to have the suit working properly, but it's not a hard requirement.
