Adds a holotape to the Crashed Vertibird that gives you the power armor training perk.

This mod allows you to obtain power armor training by travelling to the Crashed Vertibird and activating a half-buried holotape right by the Tesla-Beaton Prototype, very similar to a feature from Project Nevada.
Obviously, this mod is redundant if you use Project Nevada, but every modder with any sense knows to steer clear from PN these days.
