This is my first mod so if there's any issues or if you have any improvements for this mod, let me know and I'll see what I can do. I'm still learning how the GECK works.

This mod makes changes to the area surrounding the Jean Sky-Diving Shack. I added additional ruins and a somewhat intact building to the area so that it feels more like a 'town' in regards to the real Jean, Nevada as well as additional vehicles and some clutter.

-Added additional cars, motorcycles, and police vehicles to the Jean Ruins area.
-Added an extra ruined building and a partially intact building to both sides of the road from Goodsprings at the "Jean, Primm, and Las Vegas directions" road sign.

-Began work on the interior of the Goodsprings Courthouse, but I've marked the door as 'Inaccessible' for now until I have the interior ready.
-Moved the Vikki and Vance casino billboard further down the road from where it is located in the vanilla game.
-Added the pre-war ruins of a casino near the Goodsprings Courthouse using meshes from the Lonesome Road DLC, Speedy Resources mod resource, and the Signs and Signage DIY mod resource.
-Added a billboard near the new casino ruins with a custom texture advertising the community of Jean, Nevada and its casinos.
-Added a tall version of the above billboard to the north end of the Jean Ruins area.
-Cleaned the masters from the plugin and Honest Hearts is now no longer required. Sorry for forgetting to do this originally, everybody.

V1.2
-Replaced a vanilla ruined building with a new building and a custom sign texture indicating it as a pre-war post office. The interior is currently a WIP and is currently missing navmeshing, but it can be entered as of now.
-Completely replaced the old Nevada Landing casino ruins with a brand new design. I have not begun work on an interior yet, but I am planning on making one as soon as I'm finished with the interior for the post office.

-Made minor edits to the landscape in Jean to better support the buildings that I've added.
-Added employee parking lot to the new post office building.
-Added additional graffiti.
-Moved the bus station a few feet over to accommodate the new post office.
-Adjusted the position of a road piece to hide a gap between two of them that I noticed.
-Slightly adjusted the angle of the wastelandpool static underneath the wrecked car next to the courthouse.

Potential Ideas / Future Plans

1. Currently working on trying to implement a pre-war style post office to the Jean Ruins. -Very Early WIP currently-
2. Working on adding the ruins of a pre-war casino south of the Goodsprings Courthouse. I wanted to do something along the lines of the Nevada Landing casino or Terrible's/Gold Strike, but I was unable to find any building parts in the files that would work well for that purpose. Instead, I worked with some buildings from the Lonesome Road DLC and there is a preview of what it looks like currently in the Images section. -WIP currently-
3. Working on creating interior cell for the Goodsprings Courthouse. -Very Early WIP currently-
4. Revise and improve the texture for the new Jean, Nevada billboards. -WIP currently-

Installation

Manual
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Fallout: New Vegas' data folder.
folder.
2. Start the Fallout: New Vegas Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).

Mod Managers
1. Use 'Download with Manager' button and install via your mod manager.

Un-Installation:

Delete/Disable the esp included in this mod and the accompanying meshes and textures.

Incompatibility:
=================

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't heavily edit the Jean exterior area. Any mods that edit the interior of the Jean Sky-diving Shack are fully compatible. If you find any mods that this mod is incompatible with, please let me know and I will try to make a compatibility patch for them.

Known Issues:
=================

1. The navmeshing is still vanilla and thus still exists under the new buildings and ruins that I added. I will try to fix this as soon as I feel comfortable with trying my hand at navmesh editing. The vanilla navmeshing should not cause any issues though since as far as I can tell none of the NPCs try to walk through the additional statics that I've added.
-Note (7/10/2020): I was wrong. Some of the geckos do attempt to walk through the added static objects (primarily the cars behind the police station and the new casino building), but they usually teleport to the opposite side of the statics after a few seconds and continue their normal movements.
2. There is currently no navmeshing inside the new post office building so please do not take companions inside the building with you.
3. There is no LOD for the building kits that I used to build the casino so as a result, it will not appear until you are close enough for it to load in.
