Replaces NCR Combat Ranger Armor with a mesh akin to T6M body proportions.

First of all I hear you say, but Mute that already exists? well yes but the only versions i've seen either have different jeans or a exposed belly or other weird non vanilla additions for which I cannot stomach so heres what I've done. I spent an entire day of isolating meshes, reboning and shifting tiny vertices, i'll list below the chances I have made and show a visual aid too.
- Arm thickness reduced.
- Duster shoulders made smaller.
- Coat is cut down modestly to prevent weird deformations whilst crouching.
- Back of coat close to body.
- Jeans reshaped and pulled up.
- Legs thinner.
- reshaped chest area with strap over.
- whatever else can be seen in the image provided.
