Edited the script so it only remove the glove if the NPC or player has one. This fix a crash when leaving Tranquility Lane (and should prevent crashes in similar situations).

The glove is now removed by script on both the player and NPCs making it compatible out of the box with any NPC editing mods or mods that add the pip-boy glove (e.g. TTW).
Decided to remove PipBoysToThePeople from the mod. I might reupload it as its own mod, or not. In the meanwhile use the original mod.

Added a script that will remove the Pip-Boy glove if the player is using this mod on an existing save.
Removes the Pip-Boy glove completely from the Player and NPCs.
If you want NPCs to keep the glove, set bNoGloveForNPCs to 0 in No More Pip-Boy Glove.ini.
