You Enter a comically small tent that turns out to be huge from the inside. My Little Tent is a player home in Goodsprings with everything you need in a safe house.

My Little Tent
My Little Tent's deceitful look is its charm, once you enter the tiny tent located in Goodsprings, you will find it to be huge, it has everything you need in a safe house and much more. Everything else inside is lore/beginner friendly, you won't find guns and ammo stacked atop each other.
The tent is initially locked, you will have to enter the Prospector Saloon in Goodsprings and speak to an NPC called Erik Aver.
Now you can hire NPCs through the terminal in your bedroom, each NPC has its own services such as, barber, repair, healing, etc..

Holds the key to your tent, you can acquire the key in multiple ways from him.
Butler
Price: 100 caps
Services: Free meals and drinks every 24 hours. Free haircuts.
Nurse
Price: 500 caps
Services: 2 stimpaks every 24 hours, free HP, Rad & Addiction healing.
