Adds a Vector K10 as a usable SMG that can be found in some places around the Mojave along with 2 Unique variants.

Chambered in .45, the Vector sports high accuracy and fire rate. Ideal for both close and mid range fire fights. Featuring custom firing sounds to help it stand out and 2 unique variants hidden away to discover.
Kriss Vector K10 - Found on various crashed trucks around the northern vegas region. (Pictures included)
Poison Ivy - Unique semi auto variant that has a special effect on crits. Found in the caves of Vault 22.
Shadow-V5 - Unique silenced variant for sneaking around. Found near some radioactive waste in Hoover Dam.
