DESCRIPTION
This weapon, loosely modeled after the Arasaka HLR-12X Heavy Laser Rifle from Akira, as well as the Nintendo Super Scope, generates a black hole that will trap and crush nearby enemies.

I started with the Bozar mesh from the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC and removed everything but the receiver. I then added the shoulder pad from the Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun, the barrel sleeve from the Grenade Machine Gun, the pistol grip and trigger from the Marksman Carbine, the trigger guard from the 12.7mm SMG, the magazine from the Riot Shotgun, the control box and sighting system from the Missile Launcher, the night-vision scope from Ratslayer, the barrel from the Gatling Laser, and the handguard from the Light Machine Gun.

Gameplay-wise, this weapon is a Recharger-type energy weapon, meaning that you won't find any ammo for it in the worldspace but it will automatically charge up when you equip it, at a rate of four units per second. It holds one hundred units of charge and uses up thirty-five charges per shot. When fired, any living target caught within its blast radius (yes, that includes you!) will be drawn in towards the epicenter and crushed by the singularity's immense gravity. This makes it a great option for room-clearing, but keep in mind that since you're unleashing a freakin' black hole, all the victims' items are sucked in as well so you'll have nothing to loot.

As of v1.1, I've added the optional global variable aaaGLOBSaveQuestItems, to automatically take keys and notes from people killed using this weapon and add them to the player's inventory. This is designed to prevent you from being locked out of completing a quest because you can't loot the NPC's body. It's disabled by default (meaning all items are lost) but you can use FNVEdit or the console to set the value to 1 to enable it. I wasn't able to find a way to do this diegetically, but it works for its intended purpose.

LOCATION
There is only one instance of the weapon in the game.

It can be found in the basement of the Lucky 38 where Mr. House demonstrates his Securitrons.
Of course, if you're feeling lazy, you can always use the following console command (Substitute ## with the Mod Index of the plugin in your load order):

player.AddItem ##000ADE 1;Gives 1 Singularity Cannon

The Mod Index is a two-character hexadecimal code, with a value between 00 and FF, that can be found using a mod manager. It should be listed somewhere beside the name of the plugin. After finding the Mod Index, open the console in game using the tilde (~) key, and type Player.AddItem <FormID> 1

INSTALLATION
Extract all the files in the archive to your New Vegas data folder (which is the same folder where FalloutNV.esm is located) and then enable the ESP either in your mod manager of choice, or under "Data Files" in the launcher that runs when you start up New Vegas.
