All-American was a pretty bland unique in my opinion with only a decal and a terrible texture swap. I saw mods from user M.C. Tammer (user826) and was inspired to play around with nifskope/blender again. I wanted to make the All-American a more versatile weapon (befitting of the weapon platform it is inspired by), which is further enhanced when you use The Weapon Mod Menu. This allows you to change weapon mods on the fly. It also enables the use of switching between scope use and red dot use.
The weapon is implemented via a workbench crafting recipe requiring: All-American, Carbine SOPMOD Parts, 1 Turpentine (to strip off the paint), and 1 Wonderglue (to reattach the decal). The Carbine SOPMOD Parts are found in a semi-hidden location.
Hint: According to J.E. Sawyer, both the assault carbine and the marksman carbine are present due to New Vegas' proximity to Nellis AFB, since they were both modeled after a "paratrooper-oriented marksman rifle."
Or: If you're lame there is a readme included that tells you the location.
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WRP!!!
Totally reworked models in Version 2! Iron sights are now replaced with an EOTech.
