Mod list to make robots in game look better and be a worthy opponent.

Permissions and credits
After modding and texturing robots for a while I was thinking finding mods to make them just look better in the game wasn't that easy in Nexus. Common texture mods like Ojo Bueno or NMC don't improve most of the robots. So here goes my recommendations:

Basic Improvements

For base textures install only Creatures 4x(or 2x if on a slower computer) from Charge's HD textures :

It upgrades all robot and creature textures to 4096x4096. These upscales are really worth it and allow to still keep the vanilla look. Just overwrite/install other mods after this. You could install all upgraded textures but I think 4x is a bit too much for the old Gamebryo game engine. 

10 Year Anniversary Celebration Pack includes a nice upgraded texture for ED-E:

Robots were always made a little too easy to kill in vanilla game. This mod focuses on that:

Mr Gutsy/Handy textures are already pretty nice vanilla. This Fallout 4 type eye change is nice addition:

I recommend using JIP CCC. It allows to have a nice robot gang following you and force recruit enables you to have any robot as companion.
