Changes flame-based weapons from Energy Weapons to Explosives.

Permissions and credits
This has been done twice already (see below) but both mods are nearing a decade old and both were imperfect so I decided to make my own version here.
This version comes with individual ESPs for the base game (Flamer, Heavy Incinerator, Incinerator), Gun Runner's Arsenal (Cleansing Flame), and Lonesome Road (Flare Gun).
This mod also comes with patches to revert YUP's change to the Pyromaniac perk. YUP fixed the original error of the perk being Explosives whilst its affected weapons used Energy Weapons, but now that they use Explosives, YUP's change is now the outlier.
Now alters Vigilant Recycler to once again give bonus spent ammo on weapons that use Flamer Fuel.

Things to Note:
  • Explosives Perks, i.e. Demolitions Expert, now affect these weapons
- Splash Damage does affect the radius of the Incinerators' fireballs and the Flare Gun
  • Energy Weapons perks, i.e. Meltdown, no longer affect these weapons

Pro tip:  Use Better Criticals, all three ranks of Demolitions Expert, Pyromaniac, and VATS to make Flamers the high damage pseudo-shotguns they used to be. Great since there are no shotguns that fit Power Armor. (Or just ignore VATS and tear through people who have no-to-light armor)

Fire Weapons use Explosives Skill by SWAGAMESH also does what this mod does but in script form, meaning no patches are needed for mods such as WMX. However, it doesn't include any perk changes.
I tried incorporating the perk changes into a script myself but it seems editing perks at that level (specifically editing Vigilant Recycler's target weapon parameters) isn't supported yet. Unmodified Pyromaniac also kept returning "Invalid form."
