About this mod
I've always hated how some SPECIALs are, bluntly speaking, absolutely fucking useless. This mods fixes that.

The core mod's features are as follows:
• Strength weapon requirements now matter on melee and unarmed weapons, with the damage being slightly reduced for each point of Strength under the req the attacker is.
• Strength now determines explosion knockdown chance and melee knockback distance. Moved from Agility.
• Perception now modifies Critical Hit Damage, ±10% per-PER.
• Perception now modifies V.A.T.S. chance, ±4% per-PER.
• Endurance temporary adjustments now modify max Hit Points (Radiation is Actually Dangerous natively now)
• Charisma now modifies the difficulty of all Speech and Barter checks based on the Intelligence of the opposing NPC.
• Charisma now (optionally) reduces the infamy and fame gained, when having higher and lower values respectively.
• Intelligence now modifies combat XP gain, ±10% per-INT. Optionally can modify ALL XP gained by ±5% per-INT.
• Intelligence now modifies V.A.T.S. cost, by ±4% per-INT
• Agility no longer effects explosion knockdowns and melee knockback.
• Repair now increases equipment degradation with less than 33 skill, and reduces degradation when skill is greater than 33 (up to -50% degradation speed).
• All other skills will be looked up in a future update.
Additionally, the esp config comes with additional opt-in adjustments to vanilla values:
• Hit Points from END now only scales from 110 to 200 (down from 120 to 300).
• Carry Weight from STR now scales from 120 to 300 (expanded from 160 to 250).
• Action Points from AGL now scales from 56 to 110 (expanded from 68 to 95).
• Reload and draw time from AGL now scales from +25% to -20% (condensed from +67% to -33%) (and yes I know those aren't the settings values but speed mult is the divisor).
• Melee damage bonus from STR now requires 6 or more STR, and Unarmed damage bonus now scales from +1 to +10 (up from +0.5 to +5.5).

• Stewie's Tweaks and Engine Fixes
• Twerks — No Skill Tags (for a better roleplay dialogue experience)
• Twerks — Crit Chance Ignores Fire Rate (so automatic weapons have Crit Chance per-hit, instead of per-second while semi-autos have per-hit)
• Twerks — Strength-based Explosion Knockdown Chance (if you don't use this very intrusive mod)
