First, I want to apologize for the horrible description. English is not my first language, I use Google Translate.

This mod is based on Weapon Repair Master Perk it uses the same principle, namely the gradual repair of equipped items using action points. But with some improvements, namely:
1. Now repairs only occur when you are not in combat, so you do not lose action points for unnecessary repairs. Everything has its time and place :)
2. Action points do not fall below 0, you cannot fix anything if you do not have enough action points.
3. Now the perk has a second rank, which allows you to repair armor

Perk will be available from level 4, and requires repair skill 50
IF repair skill between 50 and 75 perk repair 1% at one second, 75 - 99 2%, and 3% at 100 repair skill. First will be repairing weapon for 15 AP, next will be armor (ofc if you have rank 2 perk) for 20 AP, then it will be hat for 10 AP, and Eyeglasses 5 AP.

This is a very simple mod with a couple of scripts and should be compatible with any mod and DLC. Unfortunately, it is impossible to carry out the repair of equipped armor with the basic tools of GEKK, so the installation of NVSE is required.

Due to a bug in Pip-boy, inventory, whatever, stacked item with 100% health show only as one. Example, if you have in your pockets five laser rifle, all repaired at 100%, you will see only one. If you equipped one laser rifle you will see the other four. Anyway, a capped repair item on 99% to prevent this.

Version 1.01
Fixed bug endless repair weapon with base health below 50. There is only one weapon (except grenades) Tesla-Beaton prototype with base health 40. To maintain compatibility with other possible mods i made last repair tick set health to base health, if base health below 50.

Version 1.02
Fixed bug when armor repair stop working with equipped weapon base health = 50. Also some minor optimization in scripts.

Version 1.03
Make headgear Valence-whatever-there-are from Old World Blues repairable. Still all changes made in script, so compatibility not affected.
