I recently made a vendor mod called "Shane the Chem Pusher", This is just a reskin of the NPC for those using FCO.
I recently updated the mod with new dialogue, so I figured why not give him a reskin as well!
Obvious requirements are my Mod and FCO, this shouldn't conflict with anything.
Installation is easy with MO2, if you want to manually do it, drop the .esp in your data folder.
