Ever notice that Silus' chair has wheels on it? This mod lets Silus entertain himself while he waits for you to "interrogate' him.

This mod makes Silus spin in his chair. That's it. That's literally it. I don't even know if the quest actually works with this mod, but people asked me to release it after I made a video of it, so here you go.
