This is a very simple little mod that increases the max rank of the perk Swift Learner from the game default of 3 to my personal preference of 10.

Description.
This is a simple mod I have made that extends the swift learner perk from a max rank of 3 to a max rank of 10.
This takes the max experience boost to 2x exp when rank 10 (10% per level)
Why.
I made this mod because I love using max level extenders and like to see the benefits of such mods before the 100 hour mark.
Compatibility/Necessary Files
This mod only edits the swift learner perk from vanilla New Vegas so no dlcs are needed and it should be compatible with any mod that doesn't edit swift learner itself.
Installation
this is a very simple mod so vortex should be able to install it no problem.
if you prefer doing it old school the mod is a simple esp so it just needs to be put into your data folder with all your other esps.
