Gives the roboscorpions the fuelbot sounds from the frontier because they just fit perfectly by using the unused roboscorpion audio template because if you don't know the roboscorpions use the barkscorpion audio template even though they have their own audio template, however their audio template mostly uses radscorpion sounds aside from a few sounds specificly made for the roboscorpion, I replaced all the radscorpion sounds in the template with the ones from the fuelbot except for those the fuelbot does not have as well as added the template to the roboscorpions.
Carries over fixes from YUP but does not require YUP.
