OVERVIEW
In the TriangleCity discord, I saw that Dean Domino had hair in his concept art, and even in the achievement icon "Assemble Your Crew", so I restored this cut content by giving him patchy ghoul hair.
FEATURES
Dean Domino is no longer bald.
ISSUES
None, it's just a simple stat edit.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, put DeadMoneyDeanHairRestored in your Data folder. Remove the ESP file to uninstall.
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
