Adds recipes to salvage T-45 Power Armor to make factionless Salvaged PA, and an alternative recipe to scrub Salvaged NCR PA and make a factionless variant.

OVERVIEW
To add more options for a heavy armor player more early game, I decided to add various recipes to make salvaged power armor not only exclusive to the NCR.
FEATURES
Recipes:
-Scrap T-45 Power Armor --> Salvaged Power Armor (Factionless Variant)
-Scrap T-45 Power Helmet --> Salvaged Power Helmet
-Scrub NCR Salvaged Power Armor --> Salvaged Power Armor (Factionless Variant)
-Disguise Salvaged Power Armor --> NCR Salvaged Power Armor

I've reduced Salvaged Power Armor weight to 35 instead of 40 to correspond to the scrapping recipes. I didn't reduce the helmet because it felt fair enough.
Scrapping Power Armor requires a high repair skill to make up for the high quality salvaged armor.
ISSUES
None that I know of. If using Titans of the New West, I recommend downloading a pip-boy remover mod such as this one as well as this patch, otherwise the mesh will be broken like in the screenshot.
Outdated, use the new Titans of the New West 2.0 patch in the Main Files instead.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, put NoFactionSalvagedPA.esp in your Data folder, and the NoFacSalvagedPA folder in the textures folder. Remove the ESP file and NoFACSalvagedPA folder to uninstall.
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
REQUIREMENTS
None, just the base game
If using Titans of the New West, this patch, along with a Pip-Boy remover, otherwise the mesh will be broken like in the screenshot.
Outdated, use the new Titans of the New West 2.0 patch in the Main Files instead.
