Adds a 'Lonesome Road' Elite Riot Gear variant of the 'Honest Hearts' Desert Ranger Armor.

I FORGOT TO MENTION. THERE IS NOW A RECIPE IN GAME FOR CONVERTING THE NORMAL VARIANT. <3
Idea randomly came to me, this is the vanilla male and female mesh but with a new texture which blends element of the desert ranger armor but adds on any missing bit from the elite riot gear. There is no location for the armor, below is some console command IDs for use ingame since I'm not great at implementation. Remember XX is the mod order number and differs depending on which number mod it is in your list.

This mod is a resource too, feel free to edit the textures or use them elsewhere. If you have an idea to improve the mod we can collaborate on that.
