Simple AI upscale of House's computer face. base game is way too low res.

Not the best but a simple upscale of house's face to 1024x1024, only because I haven't seen anyone else do it.
Side effect is noise has been reduced so it looks a little less intentionally glitchy, which I'm not happy with. Still better than vanilla texture (512x512).
Details on screen (e.g. thumb print) are not tied to the House face texture. pretty sure those are reused from the pip-boy screen texture.
