This mod simply disables the DLC loaded messages when starting a new game. This includes the main DLC loaded messages, which appear when leaving Doc Mitchell's house, as well as the Preorder Pack DLC messages which appear immediately when starting a new game.
This mod does not change any other gameplay elements at all. The DLC items will still be added and quests will still be started as per vanilla - you just won't have to click through half a dozen message boxes telling you that everything has been loaded.
