Pruno (also known as hooch or prison wine) is an alcoholic beverage made very easily. Because it's so simple to make it's commonly seen in prisons for prisoners to get drunk. Pruno also smells like toxic waste and is extremely unhealthy for you.

Increases Charisma by 1 for 100 seconds
Increases DR by 30 for 50 seconds
Increases Strength by 2 for 100 seconds
Reduces Intelligence by 1 for 100 seconds

2 bottles inside the A block of the NCRCF Prison
1 bottle outside the King's headquarters in Freeside

You can craft it at a campfire using 5 apples, 1 mutfruit, 3 Sugar Bombs, 1 yeast, and either an empty sarsaparilla bottle or an empty nuka cola bottle.
The goal of these mods is to add obscure drugs to the Fallout world but are still plausible within the lore.
