During the travel in Mojave wasteland and weapon state modding experience. I deceide to make a buffed service rifle for NCR, but no too OP for balance. Here is the change:

Damage: 18 ---> 20 (2 points higher than varmint rifle)
Weapon Spread: 0.55 ---> 0.35 (Same as hunting revolver)
*Add assault carbine extended magazine as a new wepon mod (ammo+6)

The reason of change:
- First, the damage is kind low at beginning and it shouldn't have too high damage because this is just a standard firearm for NCR trooper. So I increase 2 point more damage to service rifle to make it a bit useful.
- Second, the accuracy should be better because is a rifle. So I made it to an accurate mid-range combat rifle. And it shouldn't accurate becuase NCR made this weapon quantity over quality.

*Add a unique version of service rifle called "Searchlight". You can obtain it from complete the quest "We will all go together" in Camp searchligh.
(I didn't make any Unique texture because I am terrible at art design. If you would like make one, you're free to go.)

Compatibility:
It's compatible with anything except WMX and similar mod.
tested with WMIM and WRP and it works fine.
