No ESP. Remove all the dust devils and whirlwinds from the game (and any DLC/mod that might use them). Optionally remove the tumbleweeds too.

Remove all the dust devils and whirlwinds from the game.
This remove all the dust devils and whirlwinds from the game (those mini tornados and dust effects you see mostly in Goodsprings). Optionally remove all the tumbleweeds too (except one in Goodsprings which is needed for a script and the wind-brahmins at Brooks Tumbleweed Ranch), to do that simply set bRemoveTumbleweeds to 1 in No More Dust Devils.ini.
