JamesiaInc fixed a rather egregious fault in logic concerning the El Dorado Substation. Outside Bets does a ton of stuff involving the restoration of cut content, but what matters here is that James' mod is incompatible with it.

This is a patch for Outside Bets v1.4 and El Dorado Trusts An Idolized Courier v1.0.
