Re-texture's a few thing's around the repconn HQ

Overview
Super small mod so I'll keep the description small, I visited the repconn HQ building and felt like it was lacking in some aspects, so I remade the aspects I felt were untouched by any other texture mod. First I went looking for some new planet textures for the planet models, I ended up finding the original source images that where used for the planets so I fixed up the planet models a bit then re-textured the stars used in the planet room. That's really it I hope you enjoy.
This mod will be integrated into my larger texture pack once I finish that up more and this page will be taken down I just wanted to share it before hand!!
It also touches up on the rockets at novac, thanks to tapioks for those textures.
Star textures came from here as a place holder till I make some high quality ones.
Note:
In the first screenshot you can see the track the planets ride on is super messed up, don't worry that was a archive invalidation problem I was having when taking those screens so no worries that won't happen to you.
Install
To Install just use a mod manger of your choice.
